There are numerous real estate specific marketing tools that exist to help REALTORS® with marketing their business and their listings. There are also many non-real estate specific marketing tools that exist that could be even more beneficial to agents in their marketing and to the consumers and clients they serve. Yet most agents don't know about them and consider the perceived time for learning curve to be beyond their reach. This course goes beyond just teaching about these tools and has agents actually using the tools in the classroom, ready to leave with working knowledge and basic mastery of each one. In this hands-on workshop, agents will be taught about 4 no-to-low cost marketing tools and then create their own marketing pieces using the 4 marketing tools and their personal laptop, as well as creating a marketing plan to put into practice immediately to better serve their clients and customers on a day-to-day basis.
