Participants will learn about basic negotiation skills, how to handle multiple offers, etc. This will be an interactive hands-on session taught by Bill Rawlings.

Participants learn the most effective methods to prepare and deliver presentations applicable to their "real world." Lunch included. David Greenberg will teach the course at the board office.

Relationship Building / Board Involvement

Creating Digital Experiences to Empower the Modern Consumer

Real estate licensees have been thinking about marketing all wrong. They have created websites, content and advertising to convince the consumer to do something that they may not be ready to do. What would it look like if they turned that on it's head and focused all their marketing efforts on educating and empowering the consumer during their customer journey? That's what customer-centric marketing is all about. It's helping the consumer as a trusted advisor and delivering the right content and experience to the right person, at the right time.
