We want to thank you for your continued membership in the Atlanta Board of REALTORS®. These past few years have been the most challenging times that any of us can remember for our industry. With the legislative challenges we consistantly face and with future issues certain to arise, it is with the support of members like you that we, collectively as a group, will continue to pursue our goal of protecting the rights of our members to prosper in business and the rights of private property owners.

At the end of each membership year, we examine the process of renewing your membership and continue to strive towards making this as easy a process as possible. Your annual membership should be renewed by October 1st of each year.

To expedite your renewal, try our Online Express Renewal. Members may also renew by mailing payment with real estate license number (if applicable) to the Board office.  Members may also renew by phone at 404-250-0051.

Frequently Asked Questions

How may I obtain my Username or Password?

From the login screen, you may request that either be e-mailed to you.

What payment methods may I use?

You may pay by check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

Is my credit card charged immediately?

Yes, the charge is completed during the renewal transaction. If you have incorrectly entered the number or expiration date, or if there is another problem with the card, you will be unable to complete the transaction.

What if I wish to pay by check?

Make check payable to Atlanta Board of REALTORS®.
NOTE: Include your Real Estate License # on the check.

I am a Broker. How may I view who in my office still needs to renew?

Through our broker portal webpage, www.abr.org/memberprofile, qualifying and managing brokers may now view a current list of renewals with your firm. If you have forgotten your username or password, you may request that it be emailed to you from the login screen. Please note that the username and password are case-sensitive.

Once logged in, click on the "Membership Renewal Status” icon:

  • On the first tab, you will see your personal renewal information.
  • The second tab, "Office Info", contains information for all of your agents. Please select "ABR" from the "Association" drop down menu. On this tab, you will be able to see:
    • if a member owes a balance;
    • has completed the New Member Orientation/Ethics membership requirement;
    • and if they have completed their NAR-mandated Quadrennial Code of Ethics training (current cycle deadline: December 31, 2012).
    • If you find an agent on this list whom is no longer associated with your firm, you can click their name and complete a Transfer/Inactive form online.
    • For those participating in the payment plan, they will have an asterisk (*) next to their balance due.
    • The third tab, "Non-members", is a list of agents who are licensed through your firm according to the Georgia Real Estate Commission, but are not members of a REALTOR® organization in Georgia as of the date cited directly below the header of the non-member box (this list is updated quarterly via information downloaded from the GREC site).  Per the membership requirements, they must apply and pay dues in order for the firm to remain active with the Board.

    You may request that your Office Manager be given access to this portal by sending an email to our Information Specialist with the following contact information: Office manager's full name, Office manager's email address, Company name and Office address.
