Between January 1, 2005 and December 31, 2008, every REALTOR® is required to complete 2 1/2 hours of Code of Ethics training. REALTORS® who have joined the association after January 1, 2005 and attended Orientation, have already fulfilled their training requirements. All other members must complete the training by December 31, 2008, in order to continue their membership with the Board. Failure to complete the required periodic ethics training shall be considered a violation of a membership duty; for which, REALTOR® membership shall be suspended until such time as the required training has been completed. |
