Quadrennial Code of Ethics Training

Between January 1, 2005 and December 31, 2008, every REALTOR® is required to complete 2 1/2 hours of Code of Ethics training. REALTORS® who have joined the association after January 1, 2005 and attended Orientation, have already fulfilled their training requirements. All other members must complete the training by December 31, 2008, in order to continue their membership with the Board.

Failure to complete the required periodic ethics training shall be considered a violation of a membership duty; for which, REALTOR® membership shall be suspended until such time as the required training has been completed.

NO CE Credit
**UPDATED FOR SECOND TRAINING CYCLE**
This is an NAR developed online course for completion using a computer and the Internet. REALTORS® can stop and restart the course at their convenience within a 30-day time period. Successful completion is recorded in the National REALTORS® Database System (NRDS) and satisfies a member’s Code of Ethics training requirements.

Ethics Training in Your Office

Company Training - Your firm may offer the course in-house. In order to qualify, the class must follow the approved training outline and course materials directly which may be accessed online under Company Training Materials. Once completed, please provide the Board the following: Course title, course completion date, list of attendees and the real estate license numbers of the attendees.
